Thank you for supporting Eve by Me! We take pride in offering high-quality, handmade
products crafted with care. Please read our store policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All of our products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 2 –5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.
Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Eve by Me is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Cancellations
Order cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Allergy Disclaimer
Our products are made with natural butters and oils. Please read the ingredient list carefully before use. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend doing a patch test first.
